I was in the john reading my latest Summit Racing catalog. When I got to the
exhaust systems, I saw that Edelbrock has a set of bolt-in tubular headers
AND y-pipe for the 97 Dak 5.2. the price is $350. I checked the edelbrock
website (www.edelbrock.com). to check if the above info is true and it was.
This seems like a pretty good deal IF they can bring the horses into the
corral. Has anyone out there used these headers on a Dak? On another
vehicle? BTW these are 16 ga. steel not SS, but that's OK with me.
P.S. While on the Edelbrock site I also read all about the IAS shocks. They
seem to be just what I need. Anybody tried these?
