I will assume that your local parts guy is with a Dodge dealer.
What is needed is a replacement of the speedometer pinion. He should
be able to find the one with the correct number of teeth.
When I switched to 235 from 215, I told him the year of the truck,
the size of the new tire and the gear ratio on the truck. Unfortunately,
the number on the package that I have is for a 3.55 rear.
