The headlight messages should stop... I've configured the list
to not forward that message on to the rest of the list. I think
it had stopped already by the time I did that though. (I counted
about 80 messages.) (Actually, I have a procmail filter that runs
on my e-mail server which (amoung other things) eliminates duplicate
messages, so I only had to download it once.) ;-)
So anyway, there could be some messages out there still "in the
loop" but no new messages will get through to the list.
Also, lets ease off on Gordon a bit, eh? :-) It wasn't his
fault; the message ID's for the messages were the same which
means he didn't send it multiple times. He sent it once, and
something else (a hotmail server, probably) went into a loop
and sent out all the duplicates.
I was about to contact Hotmail support about the problem, but it
appears Gordon has done that already.
Problem solved, lets move on... :-)
