I'm not sure if they are all the same or not, but I had a local Midas shop
bend some 3" diameter steel tubing, and they used a mandrel-bender. There
were no kinks, or reduction in size of the pipe where it was bent. I wanted
stainless tubing, but the guy said he couldn't get it to work correctly on
stainless. Just as a side note here, I think Borla is the way to go. The
installation, fit, sound, and lack of rust are all worthwhile seling points.
