I am leaning more towards the racing side of the truck as opposed to the
truck part of the truck. I personally only carry my surf board in it,
nothing else.... I plan to look for a light weight, durable, and
hopefully low drag cover.... yeah and when I am done dreaming,
hahahahahaha..... I did the truck phase with my Ram.... now I want to
be different and do the racing phase. Ever catch the SR-71
photos....that is a sweet truck, and that is where I would like to be in
a few years. You can't tell me if you owned that truck you would be the
weekend warrior moving van special???? no way, more like the weekend
speed racer freak....hahahahaha...

Why not put a real bedliner in it and use the truck? After all,
isn't that what
the box is for? Those mats won't protect anything but the floor
and weigh as
        much as a liner.

I have a Dodge logo rubber bed mat. I don't haul much
though, a
        dog and
a fishin pole. It was about 100.00 and came with a tailgate
        piece. I
like the fact that it's easy to remove and doesn't weigh
much,
        but still
offers a little scratch protection. Alan S.
