? for Frank or Bruce - #II/III TB

If the TB is going to be mounted on an M1 manifold, wouldn't there be a
beneficial gain from opening up the lower portion of the TB as well? Also,
do I remember hearing that the blades are being replaced with a 50mm set?
Is this diameter being carried throughout the bore length? Just curious.
