some good thinking here...

but to be more specific we get away with mods as various mfgr's parts all
vary... its called production variance.

add a variety of variables to a system and the variances produce unique
combos not planned for on the designer/eng'rs blueprint. so to keep the
variances from producing hard line rejection... the sbec has to be loose
enuff and that is why we can get away with the mods.

also as mileage goes up... perf goes down... all else = and so the system
has to still work and so we get to slip in some variainces (of our own :)
)that it has been designed to allow to exist...
