In reply to"why 8 speakers" it probably means the speakers in either the front
lower or, the back are a coaxial speaker with two speakers in one, with 1
woofer and 1 tweeter, hense 8 "total speakers" I have a 99 dakota r/t rc with
this system and have not looked at the speakers to see though. The mids and
highs are very nice but needs more bottom end... I just built an enclosure for
1-10" sub that fits behind the seats that can still go all the way back and
still recline all the way it consists of two boxes, 1 behind the driver that
contains the sub, and a shorter 1 behind the passanger connected by a pvc tube
with a total volume of .9 cubic feet. I have yet to hear what it sounds like
as I am waiting to cover it in factory carpet.

I've got that system in my truck, and yes, it sounds pretty good. Not quite
as good as
the infinity system in my wife's Town & Country tho.

Eight speakers? Two tweeters in the upper doors, two rounds at the bottoms of
the
doors, two rounds in the side panels behind the seats. Where are the other
two?
