My 97 with the AM/FM/cass and infinity speakers has a 4-ch amp in the pass.
side kick panel.That is where I tapped in to connect my amplified "fake
bazooka". All 97's with "8-speaker" systems have this amp. I couldn't speak
for later models, but it is unlikely to be different.
