This is true, but also remember the FIRST place your body loses heat is at
your feet, so make sure you have warm boots/socks incase you have to walk. The
heat warmers will come in handy here, you could place them in you shoes to
help rovide additional warmth, just make sure you put the warmers on the
outside of your socks, if all possible. The next area to lose heat is actually
from your groin area. Not sure what you can do to prevent heat lose here
though :) I am sure many of you can think of them though :)
