Good news for Daks! NHRA has changed their qualifing rules for 1999; this
year the top 16 qualifiers REGARDLESS of make wil compete. Last year slow
mangers got in because NHRA rules dictated that at least two of each
mfgr's vehicles would compete. Many people were puzzled when faster
vehicles didn't qualify.
