I concurr 100%, although I think Alan S meant sub 15 second times! BUT,
That means that a 14 second R/T has 100 more HP than my 15 second R/T given
an equal weight and all else equal... Hmmm.

In a message dated 99-01-26 09:23:19 EST, you write:

run. Alan S.

Generally speaking, to go from a 15.1 to a 13.99 (1.1 sec.) would take 100
hp
per sec., therfore, 1.1 sec x 100 hp/sec=110 hp req'd. I doubt the above
mentioned improvements will accomplish that. Also, horsepower gains are NOT
cumulative, in other words, the resultant horsepower gain is less than the
sum
of the parts.
FWIW, I hope I'm wrong.
Let us know how you do. I expect your total hp gains from the above, total
about 30 hp or roughly 3/10 's which should put you at a 14.8 which ain't
shabby.
Good luck,
Steve in Houston
