Do you mean 4 wheel anti-lock brakes? If so then...
1. yeah
2. I have rear anti-locks and they are 80% reliable
3. not sure, I know all standard Dakota pickups come with rear anti-locks.
That is enough, it really only comes into play when empty. If your towing
then rely some on the trailer brakes.
