mine is a 99/call 1-800-233-5849 ask for service,tell them your trany is
buzzing and you heard there is a tsb and a buzz kit availible,talk to cindy
or Paul, if they give you any crap,tell them that they told louie in Page,az
there was a tsb about this and thats why they replaced the valve body,also
there are two new tsb's issued today on 99 dakota truck,see them at
www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/tsb/servicemmy5.cfm
