They add about as much hp as the neon license frames but not as much torque as
the billet steering wheel.

Well,
After searching, I found the price of these monsters. They are 5" "stainless
steel glass packed perforated resonated" tips. And go for around $79 each.
Thats right each. Hope they give you some HP or torque for that amount of $$.
Anyone know if they change the sound of your exhaust note?
