Had the same problem on my '96 4x2 when I bought it a year ago. Took to a body
shop and they tweaked the doors a little and it helped some but would still
start to go back to its old habit at around 60-65mph. I finally solved it buy
getting some 1" foam weatherstripping and tucking it in behind the factory
strip around the door frames. Now it only will do it when I'm going 100+! hehe
BTW, mine was comming from where the cab roof is joined to the a piller. Seems
to be a little cheaply made there.Hope this helps.
