Nope. You are probably talking about the SVT. It has color-key bumpers
and such. As for mods, I don't know. The Nascar truck that they are
talking about is Black and has nascar on the side of the bed.(towards
the back) with a checkered flag graphic around it. It has black wheels
and I don't know about the mods on that one either.
