Dr. Pat,
The computer also controls the hydraulic pressure in the trans via the
pressure modulation solenoid... It cant jack the maximum beyond the
mech/hydraulic max setting, but it does modulate it down as needed... Higher
pressures can delay the shifts etc etc...
