P4529273 is a service pack. You would have to see the individual part
numbers in this pack to see which PowerLoc case is included.

Yes, it looks like you ordered the wrong case (1994-1996).
I do not believe part number 52068451 can be used in a 1992.

1987 thru 1996 used 27 tooth splines. In 1997 it when to 29 tooth splines.

1994 - 1996 uses net formed gears and 1997 up uses Face Hobb gears.

The pumpkin you refer to is actually the Differential Carrier and has the axle
tubes welded into it. The case is the internal part that has the ring gear
bolted to it. An "Open Case" is standard in most applications. The TracLoc
or PowerLoc is an option and made by Dana Corp.

TracLoc, PowerLoc, SureGrip and LSD are trade names that mean basically
the same thing.
