Only 1996+ Daks have a downstream O2 sensor, so he wouldn't have to worry
about this on his '95. For the '96+ trucks, if you remove the cat,
you will probably have to wire up a downstream O2 simulator if you don't
want to keep staring at the check engine light, but this won't actually
affect engine operation; the downstream O2 sensor is just used to determine
the efficiency of the cat, and isn't actually used for any performance
calculations or the like.
