<< Hey ya'll,
I've come across a small problem. I want to cam my 88 6er, but Mopar
Performance insists that I can't use their cam on my Dak if it's not
carb'ed. WTF? I wonder why... well, here's my question: Could I maybe
use a cam for a Magnum 6er in my premag? What's the difference in the
valvetrains betweem magnum and premagnum so that I couldn't use a
cam for one? I figure, since Magnums are computer controlled, and my
premag is computer controlled, it just might work...
 thanks!

It may have to do with the duration of the cam. Computer controlled engines
need low duration. The ones in the catalog may have higher duration than the
comp can handle. They are probably for carbed 6'ers.
