        are together, there is an opening in the center of them which is

        smaller than the diameter of the plug wires themselves.

                Again, the "lower" piece fits in a vise, then you put
the plug wire, with the
        core folded back, and the connector on the wire, onto the lower
piece. Then
        you put the upper piece on top of the lower, and hit it with a
hammer, thus
        crimping the connection. I believe they are available from
Summit and Jeg's,
        if you want to see a picture of one.
