Well, I talked with Chrysler's Zone Rep. for my area in Michigan. Some guy
that sounded like he was younger than me(21), and didn't know squat. First,
he goes through all the problems on the file I opened, then he asked me if I
want another windshield put in it. I say no because it would be the fifth
windshield and he says well what do you want to do about it........I want
the vehicle replaced......pause.........longer pause.......well I'm not able
to make that decision so give me a couple days and I'll get back to you.
Chrysler......great ideas....good vehicles(-mine).....crappy service!!!!
