His name is Galen Govier, and he lives in Wisconsin. He is the Mopar numbers guru. He wrote a column for Mopar Muscle before it was swallowed up by Petersen Publishing. Galen recently started writing for High Performance Mopar. He also produces a series of "white books" to help Mopar fans decode fender tags and data plates, as well as to know what equipment was available in what years. Most of the white books pertain to muscle-car era Mopars, but it never hurts to ask about more current iron.
