The E.T. at the stip has nothing to do with
reaction time. The clock does not start until
you roll out of the stage light.
You can sit there for 2 seconds and then go and
still have the same et as a .00 leave (or .500).
The G-Tech starts running when it feels the
vehicle start to accelerate. It knows how long
you have been accelerating and at what rate.It
uses these values to know when you've reached
60mph or the end of a quarter mile.
Ours is within a .1 of the drag strip.
The speed seems to be high but it is an instant
value at 1/4 mile and not an average over a
distance as the track gives it to you.
