Hello,

I have a new 99 that the intermittant wipers do not work. You can hear the
flasher unit under the hood clicking, but the wipers will not move. I have
pulled the flasher unit and replaced it with another one, both work, but
not on my truck. Any easy fix without making an appointment at the
dealership? Could someone with a shop manual ck? Thanks.
