The 45358 and the 65358 are the same superstats. The numbering just denotes
a boxed (45)version or the carded (65) version. The gasket number for McCord
gaskets is 74-0132. This should cover all the Dakotas with a V6 or 318/360.
The 98's and 99's may take a different one, I'll check it out.
