Chad, I'm right there with ya buddy. My 99 does the exact same thing.
When I called the dealer they won't do anything with the computer because
there isn't a tsb out on the 99's for this problem. I asked them what the
differnce between the 98 and 99's was and they said nothing, yet since
there isn't a tsb out for 99's they won't touch the computer. I was told
this by three different dealerships. If you get it fixed PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
