I got a brain injury when the passenger side shoulder harness malfunctioned
in a crash. It did not restrain me until my head had hit the corner post.
This was not a high speed crash. Many serious injuries occur at slow
speeds. Many medical people and lawyers are ingnorant. This is a list
server that could help you no matter whether you are the plaintif or
defendant.
