Folks:
I finally made it down to Auburn Performance Equipment, they do a complete
computer
setup for Mustangs with data logging and real time computer adjustments.
They are about
to do a feasibility study for doing a computer for Magnum engines. What
they need to figure
out is how many magnum's are there and what is the market for these things.
I believe the
mustang computer goes for around $600-$700.
We need to generate some email to 'APE' and tell them we want this thing. I
took a quick
look at the Mustang Cobra they had there (fastest one in the US), pretty
slick for a ferd.
Matt, the guy at APE, was really nice. His email is: mailto:GoAPE@tiac.net
Web site for the good details:
http://www.gothorsepower.com/
I've let him know that I'm available for beta testing the product. He said
that the
mustang computer was out in less than a year, so if he hears that we really
want this
thing he'll put it on the hotplate...
