Well, after having my shift kit installed for a week I believe it broke my
trans. Tonight the check engine light came on and it feels like I have a
high stall converter in there, actually a bunch of slippage. If I put it
into 1st the truck won't much, until you hit like 2,000 rpm and then it
jumps into gear. I know some one else had this problem. I believe it is
because I adjusted the pressure valve in the trans. Very upsetting. I
called Transgo last week and told them the story about the guy on here
having the same problem I do and the guy told me he must have done some
thing wrong with the shift kit. I don't know what to do, I think I am going
to adjust the pressure valve back to the stock 1 5/16 spacing, but I believe
the irreversible has already happened. Does any one know where I can get a
modified 46 RE to slap in there??? Or some other suggestions??? Thanks for
