yes, the locking gas cap comes with 2 keys marked with big bold "FUEL"
across it. i hated it. you have to twist it 90 degrees and try to hold the
key in that position while opening up the gas cap. once in cold weather. i
couldn't stick the darn key in there. nothing a lighter couldn't do. (no. i
didn't use a ligher, you want me to blow myself and the dakota up?) i used
a flame torch
