Main reason: JET-II Chip for me. Any other couple reasons:

(1) An engine works better when it's below 200 degrees. The 180 will
actually operate at around 185-190 and the stock 190 works at around 200.
(2) Higher engine temperatures promote "pinging".

If you want a technical reason, i'll post it later....unless someone beats
me to it. :)
