upper control arm bushings needed, no headers!

I just bought a bone-stock 93 and it needs upper a-arm bushings. A lot
of talk around here suggests that the headers might be to blame, but I
wanted you guys to know it happens w/o headers too. The truck has 60K
on it.

What are you guys doing to replace these? Buying new a-arms with
balljoint and bushings already in? or are you buying the bushings and
taking the time to press them in...
