Rear view mirror temp fix(for those with sub rattles)

Hey all,
I sort of found a quick fix for the problem of the rear view mirror rattles
that comes with upgraded stereo systems. (besides the "turn down your stereo
so it won't" answer, or the "turn it up" answer; which we all know and love
:O) What I did was, I flipped the little high beam lever up so that it
tightens up the mirror, but also made the mirror fold down a bit. (or
however that little doo-hickey works) Then I repositioned my mirror so I can
see out the back and not the rear of the cab. FYI, I have tinted windows so
the highbeams didn't bother me in the first place. It still moves up and
down violently(hehe!!), but the rattle has gone. (for now, till my system
reopens the "wound") Just thought I'd let everyone know.

Later,
Geoffrey
