3m has a great finish restorer (safe on clearcoat) with wax added into the
mix. They also have a good compound again safe on clearcoat. I use mine
with a Black & Decker Mouse...works great. :-)

Subject: DML: Good rubbing compound

Just got back from a 4WD trip and now would like to get rid of my
forest-applied pinstriping I received. The scratches are not into the paint
but possibly into the clear coat. Any suggestions on a good quality rubbing
compound that works without removing a lot of paint??

By the way, The Dakota did awesome, the Bronco didn't!!!
