Alright everyone,
If you've been following my posts you should know I have been fighting with
Crown Dodge to get my bumper repainted the body color. I finally spoke to
the Service Manager, not the Customer Service Manager. He "decided" to
absorb the cost of the paint and go ahead and paint it the body color. The
only problem is I had requested 3 days off of work to get this painted in
the first place. Now I have no more days to request off to get this fixed.
Luckily, he will be letting me drive their loaner vehicle, the Pimpin' Dodge
Spirit. Only problem is I have to wait for it to come back. So hopefully
this will close this unnecessary drama. I am a bit worried, though. Should I
trust the body shop that I pissed off? I know they can't be too happy about
the decision.
