One Rear Drum Hotter Than the Other

Here's one for you guys...

97 Dakota SLT 4x4 CC V8, passenger side rear brake drum
is noticeable hotter (not sizzling hot like the from disks)
than the drivers side after hard braking.

No noticeable temp. difference during normal driving, so there isn't a
shoe dragging (both drums cool after several miles without braking).
Dealer has done a complete rear brake job (new shoes, turned drums)
because of a slightly sticking E-brake - still sticks once in a
while... lets go with a clunk when I rock the truck slightly, or put
it in gear. Dealer says shoes on that side may be adjusted slightly
higher, touches first, therefore drum gets hotter....nothing wrong.
Several thousand miles since the brake job.

Truck stops in a straight line, RWABS works great.

Does the dealer's explanation make sense?
