I wrote this letter to MSD, but am curious if my fellow DMLers can help me
out once again:

I own a 1993 Dodge Dakota 4x4 V6 which I am attempting to hookup your PN6470
6-Offroad box into. I have also purchased the universal wiring harness 8873.
I have the box mounted in my engine bay and have spliced in 4 feet of
power(red) and 4 feet of negative(black) 10 guage wire. I am lost concerning
installing this into my stock ignition system. What do I do with the wiring
harness and the smaller harnessed which came with the box??? For the smaller
harnesses I have a 2 red wire harness with a blue connector, a 2 white wire
harness with a blue connector and a single black wire with a ring terminal at
one end and a red connector at the other. Also I have a green/purple harness
with a black connect at each end as well as a orange/black harness with a
black connector at the end and ring terminals at the other; these 2 harness
appear to plug into the larger harness. The large harness I can describe as
starting out it seems to have a large black connector which seems to plug
into the 6-Offroad box itself marked with A(red), B(orange), C(black),
D(purple), E(green), and F(white). From this 6 wire connector, 2 wires( red
and white) have nothing attached to them at the other end. The orange/black
are together with a connectors and the green/purple are together with a
connector. Attached to this large harness is a gray wire with a connector at
one end and nothing at the other. How does the 8873 universal wiring harness
get connected into MSD's wires and my stock ignition system??? What or how do
I go about using the box into my stock ignition system??? Does this ignition
box get plugged into/tapped into my distributor or anything else, other than
my coil??? THANKS for any and all help with this.
