Unfortunately, my Dak isn't in any condition to drive to the meet. :-(
I'm still not sure what happened, but I suspect I hit 2nd when I was trying
for 4th. Bill and Larry pulled off the valve cover, and everything seems
OK with the springs and such, but there is a knocking noise coming out of
there, and the engine runs *very* poorly. Current speculation is that the
timing chain skipped a tooth.
I DO have access to a car that I could drive up, but its not a Mopar.
This is a mopar meet, so I don't even know if they'd let me in? The
only other thing I can think of is maybe meeting up with the convoy
somewhere and getting a ride in with someone, but I don't want to be
an inconvenience.
This sucks. :-P
