All,
The plenum spacer discussion was held on the list a while back (like most
discussions) I keep my own archive of items I may want to check into, and
this was one of them. Following is the last post on an available plenum
spacer (order information towards the bottom). Is GS still on the list?
Maybe he can give us an update, since I believe he purchased one. Sorry for
the length of this, but it will answer alot of the recent questions...

New details on the spacer!!! I talked to the owner of the Co.

his name is John Boveia. He said the spacer is made from aluminum
and it is the "helix"?? that adds the extra horsepower. So its
some type of "spiral pattern" thats machined into the aluminum
which causes the venturi effect???. Apparently this is not just
some spacer guys!! It was dynoed on a Dynojet at wide open throttle
at 17 hp. He said it was noticeable at different rpm ranges. The deal is
$75 and you install it yourself, $100 if they install it. Yes, I asked
about a group discount just in case everyone was interested:

buy over 50 for $65.00
buy over 100 for $55.00 (bottom $ limit)

I just want everyone to know that I'm going to buy one now for
$75.00 and try it out for the benefit of the DML period. I don't
care who's interested nor do I endorse this Co. If it will make
more Daks blow away more chebbies & fords then thats what its all
about. As soon as I get it I will discribe it in detail (helix).
I wish I had more than just butt dyno to try it out. If some of
you missed Roberts post, I'll repost the Co. name, addr. & ph. no.

STREET & PERFORMANCE
ELECTRONICS, INC.
304 Smokey Ln.
North Little Rock, Ar 72117
ph. 501-945-0354

By all means let me try it out before you guys start sendin' in
orders. I don't want to end up being a shmuck because of this.

Hope that helps some of ya'll.
