I have a 1999 fsm and there is no need to replace bolts on anything
that has to do with the intake manifold or throttle body. Intake bolts only
go to 84 inch pounds final (according to the manual ) torque. There is as
already noted a pattern to follow, that must be adheard to . I can tell you
when I replaced my ring and pinion all those bolts had to be replaced ( 75
ft. pds to 210 ft. pds. torque on some bolts ).
