According to www.ford.ca, they are still using the Mercury nameplate in
Canada. You also can view the site in English, French and Chinese (???).
 In Europe, it's simply known as the Ford Cougar, they also have the
Puma, the Mondeo (Contour/Sable), the Ka, and the Galaxy (a Windstar-like
minivan).
