I got nailed once a 75mph in a 55mph zone but was keeping with traffic flow!
When the officier give the ticket and began his speech I made my point about
traffic flow and asked to see the radar gun(laser in el paso HA!). He refused
and I had him note the scene. I went to court and explained to judge that I was
flowing with traffic and did not get to see the gun(supported by ticket). Judge
dismissed the case and informed the court that it was a my word against his and
because I did not get to see my accuser (the rader gun) the was no case!
Remember next time OH! I now own a radar detecter....bye!
