O-k, y'all have done it! I'm gonna have to go fire up my grill this
weekend and cook in honor of all you lucky Texans havin' a good ol' time
out there without this transplanted Texan!! I have a special recipe for
bbq sauce that I brought from Killeen with me to L.A., and everyone here
loves it, and y'all ain't gettin' it!! Bernd, you old-timer (he-he!)
I'll take your advice on the MSD stuff, will get it this weekend from
Summit. (great place to deal with, btw!) Since my truck is modified a
little, (Quck D, ASP crank pulley, Jacobs wires, M-P cap & rotor and
more planned later) should I stay with the 6 or go to the 6A?? As
always, your help is appreciated. Btw Bernd, found another better payin'
job here, so it looks like I'll be visiting in December. Wanna hook up
and have some fun for a few days then?? Maybe another get-together of
the Central Texas DML'rs? Just a thought.....Oh, fyi, I did my brakes at
40,000. will be taking to the dealer where my friend works to get the
t-chain, ball joints, and the SBEC upgrade. Found out that D-C changed
the programs later in the year, since mine is a lowwwww vin #, I'm gonna
get mine re-programed. TSB# 14-08-97. Check yours, it should be
#05278313AA(the good one) If not, get it upgraded!!
