But on the same note for most of PA there is no emission inspections, no
visual inspection of the exhaust system or engine. for the most part if you
have breaks, lights, and a horn you will pass. I'm not so sure about the
whole rust holes issue, because there are quite a few rust bucks around
where i live. I think the rule is any body damage someone could injure
themselves on must be fixed. but I'm sure alot has to do with where you get
your inspection done.
