sorry for the delay, been busy with a body shop =)

the 6er really comes on in the mid to upper RPMs. Even thought it's a
"truck motor", it's based on an engine that has plenty of torque to
compensate (the mighty 318). When Dodge lopped off 2 cylinders and
created the 6er, a lot of the mighty 318's torque was lost. The 6er is a
great engine, but it severely lacks low end. The Magnum 6ers REALLY pull
on the top end, whcich I have learned from racin' numerous magnums in my
premag. For a magnum, you have plenty of top end power, so you really
wanna' try and get your low-end to be able to get you to that top end as
quick as possible. If you put too ig a pipe on there, you kill what
little low end we already don't have, and it takes forever to get to that
magic RPM range where spankin' occurs. I stuck a 3" on my 6er and regret
it deeply. I have 2.5 Borla on it's way to the underside of my truck
soon. I can't wait to get my low-end back =)
