Yes, I run an E-Ram and am VERY happy with what it does. Under WOT, the
E-Ram spins up to 22,000RPM and literally gives a 1PSI boost into the
intake tube on the truck. (RamAir effect at any speed but only at WOT.)
You can actually feel the E-Ram kick in as well.

I don't have any Dyno or track figures at this time (Track was rained out a
few weekends ago) but I can definately assure you that what it claims is
what it does.
