Has anyone seem a cone type filter that is marked Speed Max Performance?
It looks like a S&B cone filter similar to a K&N but what would be the

is open so it takes air in the center cone and also the outside. It is
fitted with
rubber collar and a clamp to attach to a 3" or so tube. The filter is
red with
silver screen. The guy at Fifth Gear (speed shop) said it was pre oiled
but
it didn't seem oily to me. I know the K&N come pre oiled. Richard
