This is really as to what do you call hard. I did my own and about
1/2 days work I
had it done.I don't have the thinner stainless blades and shaft but I still
have my $200 - $300 it cost to have it done. Four bolts hold it on,tha
cable's snap on and off. The TV cable adjustment is easy. Theres no fuel
lines involved like carburetor work..
